This well-regarded Construction Company HQ in the Reston Virginia area is in search of a Corporate Controller with immediate plans for grooming into the CFO role very quickly due to a planned chain of promotions/succession.
  
The Corporate Controller will lead the Accounting & Finance area with willingness to dig into improving processes, systems integration and automation. The position will lead the Audit and Tax relationships with the very reputable Public Accounting Firm partners.
  
The Corporate Controller will also be afforded a major opportunity to contribute to the operation and strategic direction of the company while being personally mentored by a fantastic CFO who comes from a strong Large Public Accounting Firm background with CPA and significant success as a Financial & Operations Executive.
  
How do you stand out for this position?

• Construction Industry / Job Cost Background is REQUIRED
• Sage Intacct experience will be a MAJOR advantage (similar ERP systems considered)
• Tech savvy and process improvement experience
• CPA will be a MAJOR plus
• DASH project management software or similar project management application experience
• Public Accounting Foundation is a plus
