The Ideal Candidate:

• CPA required
• 6+ years of tax experience (public accounting strongly preferred)
• Prior experience managing staff and client relationships
• Strong technical background in pass-throughs, individuals, and/or closely held businesses
• A strategic thinker who values mentorship, quality work, and client service

What You'll Do:

• Lead and review complex tax engagements
• Manage and mentor junior staff
• Act as a key point of contact for clients
• Assist with business development and firm initiatives
• Help shape and scale the tax practice
