We’re seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for one of our best clients in the Baltimore County market. Known for a great culture, work life balance and competitive compensation packages, this is one you can call home for a LONG time.
  
What You’ll Do:

• Process vendor invoices, match POs, and verify approvals
• Prepare and process weekly check runs and ACH payments
• Assist with month-end close tasks and account reconciliations
• Support internal teams and vendors with AP inquiries
• Help implement process improvements

  
What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience
• Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge (MRI experience a plus)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Team player with strong communication skills
