Description:
We’re helping a fast-growing $1B+ privately held company build out their Internal Audit function from the ground up. Reporting directly to a highly credentialed leader, this role offers a unique chance to shape internal controls and compliance processes in a dynamic, global environment.

Ideal Background:

• 2–4 years of public accounting audit experience (Senior Associate at Big 4/regional firm ideal)
• Desire to pursue CPA (or passed parts)
• Ability to own workpapers and communicate across departments
• Manufacturing, food, or agri experience a plus

Full-time, in-office role based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware
