Senior Accountant – High-Growth Healthcare Platform (Hybrid – Baltimore)
 
Hybrid (2 days/week in-office Downtown Baltimore)
 
$100K–$110K base + bonus + benefits
 
About the Opportunity:

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare platform backed by an experienced leadership team and preparing for a PE transaction later this year. With $75M+ in revenue, this business is in build mode—and you can be part of shaping its future from the ground up.
 
This is a newly created role offering autonomy, flexibility, and exposure to corporate accounting in a cash-based business model (no insurance billing, minimal complexity).
 
You’ll work directly with the Director of Accounting, helping to manage the general ledger, oversee an offshore accounting team, and build out structure and process as the company scales.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience, ideally including public accounting (audit preferred)
• CPA a plus, but not required
• Comfortable in fast-paced, build-as-you-go environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
