$80,000 base + 15–25% bonus

We're partnering with a dynamic and expanding company seeking an Investor Analyst to join their Fund Operations team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting investor communication, onboarding, and fund administration processes — a role that sits at the intersection of client service and back-office operations.
  
What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a day-to-day contact for over 6,000 investors
• Manage investor onboarding, contact verification, and portal uploads
• Maintain CRM databases and support document management processes
• Communicate directly with investors and respond to inquiries
• Collaborate cross-functionally on reporting and document approval workflows
• Ensure proper record-keeping and execution of client service protocols

  
What We’re Looking For:

• 0-2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting or Financial Services
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive information
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics (a plus)
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn new systems
