A very successful industry leading organization, HQ in the Severna Park / Anne Arundel County Maryland Area, has grown rapidly and it is time to bring in the 1st Executive HR Leader.
 
The HR leader will manage a small team and MUST be willing and able to work in a hands-on fashion to build processes (such as a Stellar On-Boarding Process) and bring Best-Practices from a prior growth-company experience.
