Seeking Community Association Managers who want to learn / get into construction oversight!
Project Manager
Community Association and Construction Projects
Our client is a leading construction engineering firm based in Northeast Florida, specializing in building diagnostics, building envelope consulting, and construction project management. The company has been in business for more than 30 years. They offer a friendly, professional work environment without the corporate atmosphere.
Community Association Managers: This Role Is Built for You
If you are a licensed CAM with condominium association experience, you already know at least half of this job. You work with condominium boards. You manage contracts, budgets, vendors, and maintenance programs. You understand reserve studies and how associations plan and pay for major projects. That knowledge is exactly what this position requires, and it is the hard half to learn.
The other half is construction oversight, and we will teach you that. You will work alongside our engineers and field staff on real projects, and most managers are running their own projects well within their first year. You do not need a construction background to apply. Prior CAM experience is directly qualifying, and this position is a significant step up in both responsibility and compensation from most portfolio and on-site management roles.
About the Position
This is a full time position based at one of our offices in Jacksonville, Florida. Daily travel within Northeast Florida is required, with additional project work in South Georgia and occasional regional travel.
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead exterior renovation, building envelope, and structural repair projects for condominium associations and other community clients from bid through closeout. The role centers on the skills association managers use every day: working with boards, administering contracts, tracking budgets, and coordinating vendors, applied to major repair and renovation projects. Candidates with community association management, condominium, multifamily, or commercial renovation experience are encouraged to apply. This position is available immediately.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a 401(k) plan, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and company paid life insurance.
