Sr. Project Engineer / Project Architect / Project Manager position located in NE Florida. Daily travel in the Northeast Florida area is required. 50% of the time in the office and 50% onsite in the field. Most work is in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida.
 
We are looking for an architect or engineer with exterior envelope experience. 
 
Standards for this position:
 
• Proficient with CAD.
• Proficient Microsoft Office.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
• Construction related experience.
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Architecture
 
Work requirements for this position:
 
• Construction project oversight
• Produce design details
• Contract administration
• Meet with clients / building owners
• Meet with contractors
• Diagnostic testing of buildings
• Work well with in a team environment
• Exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong writing and editing skills, including the ability to evaluate and self-proof copy, with exceptional attention to detail. Advanced capability in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),
• Ability to work as an integrated and collaborative member of a team, while equally comfortable operating autonomously to achieve project outcomes as required.
• Outstanding professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to work flexible hours as required. Makes sound and timely decisions in alignment with organizational goals.
• A continuous learner, keen to advance in strategic thinking and professional decision making.
