About us...
We are a leader within the realm of First Coast land development and water / wastewater engineering. We have designed approximately 1,000 projects in our decades of serving national homebuilders, developers, commercial and retail center developers, industrial developers and multifamily developers. We are growing and looking to add to our roster of successful engineers.
 
What you'll do... Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering design and permitting of land development projects in the office.
• Must be licensed in Florida as a professional engineer.
• Manage engineering delivery teams in residential subdivision and commercial site design.
• As the Engineer of Record (EOR), you will conduct technical review of engineering plans and calculations, and develop junior staff members .
• Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and technical milestones to ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions
• Client and project management activities to deliver quality designs and permits.
• Coordinate with design teams to manage schedules and client expectations.
• Proposal writing and monthly billing responsibilities.

 
Skills needed to succeed...

• Extensive experience in project scheduling, project management, client management and business development.
• Proficiency with engineering software used in land development
• Strong background in Land Development engineering for Single Family, Multifamily residential developments, as well as, commercial and industrial developments.
• Hands-on experience with preparing full engineering plans and supporting calculations.
• Experience in reviewing plans and calculations prepared by junior engineers and designers.
• Strong communication skills for technical documentation review, client coordination and team development.
• Bachelor's Degreed
• 10 years of experience in Land Development
• Professional Engineering License in Florida

 
The Bennies...
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Quarterly and Annual Bonuses bringing the potential take home to ~$200k
