£13.50- £15.50hr Rota Based

BRC are currently recruiting for a Case Worker to join a high-level supported accommodation service in RCT, supporting individuals with complex needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting vulnerable adults and helping them work towards greater stability, independence and wellbeing.
The Role
As a Case Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to individuals living within a shared accommodation setting. You will support people experiencing:

• Mental health issues
• Substance misuse and alcohol dependency
• Self-harm behaviours
• Tenancy management

You will help maintain a safe and positive environment while supporting service users to develop greater independence and maintain their accommodation.
The role involves lone working, so confidence, resilience and the ability to remain calm and make sound decisions are essential.
Key Requirements

• Previous experience supporting vulnerable people in a professional setting
• Experience with complex needs
• Enhanced DBS
• Full UK driving licence/ Access to a vehicle
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays
• A genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable adults
