Job Title: Administrator & Scheduling Coordinator
Type: 12 Week Temporary Contract
Location: Eastleigh
Salary: £14.71 - £19.10 per hour
Hours: Full Time
BRC are working closely with a leading organisation to recruit an Administrator & Scheduling Coordinator on a 12-week temporary basis. This is a key administrative and coordination role, supporting the Damp, Mould & Disrepair Team and ensuring operatives and surveyors are effectively scheduled.
You will be responsible for coordinating and proactively managing team administration, scheduling operative and surveyor diaries, monitoring workloads and ensuring works are completed efficiently and in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
You will work closely with managers, surveyors, operatives, contractors and customers to coordinate appointments, maintain accurate records and provide a high level of customer service.
Key Duties
- Take ownership of coordinating operative diaries, ensuring works are scheduled and completed in line with KPIs and SLAs.
- Liaise with Senior Managers, Surveyors and Operatives to coordinate works effectively and efficiently.
- Contact customers to arrange appointments and provide regular updates, ensuring a strong focus on customer service.
- Coordinate Electrical, Gas, EPC, Asbestos Surveys and other relevant documentation, ensuring certifications are current and stored correctly.
- Raise purchase orders and support the purchase ledger process in line with financial requirements.
- Analyse data and provide reports to the Assurance Team, identifying trends and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with Surveyors to raise jobs where required and liaise with subcontractors as necessary.
- Monitor WIP and dashboard data to ensure jobs are scheduled according to priority.
- Provide general administrative support and undertake any other duties requested by line management.
Requirements - Previous experience prioritising workloads within a busy environment.
- Strong administration, communication and customer service skills.
- Experience communicating with customers, managers and colleagues at all levels.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft programmes and database systems.
- Experience of raising and scheduling jobs.
- Highly organised, efficient and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
