BRC are working alongside a local housing association who are on the lookout for an experienced Planned Maintenance Surveyor to join their Cyclical Maintenance Team.

What you'll do:

• Lead and deliver planned and cyclical maintenance programmes across our property portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with WHQS, health & safety, and sustainability standards.
• Work closely with contractors, consultants, and colleagues to deliver quality outcomes for residents.
• Help shape the long-term maintenance strategy for the region.
