As a Youth Development Worker, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one support to a small case load of up to 8 young people, aged from 16 to 25, in their journey towards independent living.

- Support a small case load of up to 8 young people aged 16-25 in developing independent living skills, including training, education, benefits, budgeting, and practical homecare.
- Work with a 5-week rota, covering a full-time 37-hour week, with shift patterns including daytime and weekend shifts.
- Contribute to the tenancy sustainment and support young individuals in transitioning to independent living.

- Valid DBS certificate.
- Relevant safeguarding and first aid certifications.
