We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Customer Services Advisor on a temporary 3-4 months contract with potential for permanent after this period

As a Social Housing Customer Services Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service and support to their tenants.
Some key tasks include:
Handling inquiries, complaints, and requests from tenants with professionalism and empathy.
Providing accurate information regarding tenancy agreements, rent payments, repairs, and maintenance.
Assisting tenants with housing applications, eligibility criteria, and allocation processes.
Collaborating with internal departments and external agencies to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintaining accurate records of interactions, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within an inbound call-centre environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathize and provide clear information.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of relevant housing legislation and procedures is advantageous.
Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and retrieval.
