• Australian Citizens with NV2 or TSPV Clearance
• Length of Contract: 5 months

Deliverables / Key Responsibilities

• Support ILS teams in the establishment and delivery of enterprise support system activities (day to day logistics support), including:
  
  • Consignment dispatch
  • Supplies acceptance
  • Security documentation
  • Stock verification tasks
  • Verification of industry tenant logistics performance
• Conduct simple procurements for facility maintenance activities, assets, and consumables
• Local stakeholder engagement in support of enterprise logistics operations.
• Monitor and hasten facility maintenance requests
• Perform Security-On-Call function periodically.
• Represent the facility, and provide input at relevant Base Management Forums.

Experience/Skills Sought

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management (soft skills)
• Self-starter that is proactive in the solving of problems within limit of authority.
• Demonstrated prioritisation and time-management skills

• DSS - 3.1 Integrated Logistics Support Management - L3
• SFIA Skill Code - Asset management ASMG - L4
