Deliverables / Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyse contracts and financial information supplied by vendors and suppliers in response to the project's activities.
• Verification and compliance of requirements, format standards and registration conditions detailed in the documentation
• Support commercial contracting manager to provide strategic commercial advice, to the project.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing and managing scopes of work.
• Develop contractual documentation policy and practices, keeping to
  timeframes ensuring project milestones can be met.
• Assist with procurement planning, tendering and contract formation, contract management, and drafting correspondence ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
• Assist with timely and accurate advice and services for procurement policy, technical, commercial, legal, financial investigation and other requirements to support contract management outcomes
• Application of legislative and policy compliance obligations related to procurement and contract management

Experience/Skills Sought

• Strong business acumen and sound commercial judgement
• A thorough understanding of different procurement methods and evaluation protocols
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
