Our client in ACT seeks the services of DSS L3 Configuration Manager SHFCÂ with NV1 clearance.

Deliverables / Key Responsibilities:
Manage configuration baselines across the lifecycle, including functional, allocated, product, and as-maintained baselines.
Ensure accurate and timely configuration status accounting, reporting on configuration state, changes, and integrity.
Ensure traceability between capability requirements, design artefacts, test evidence, and delivered configuration.
Assess configuration impacts of change proposals, technical risks, and contractor deliverables, providing recommendations to decision-makers.
Assure configuration integrity through audits, reviews, and verification activities across acquisition and sustainment phases.
Identify configuration-related risks, issues, and non-compliances, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure safety, regulatory, and certification considerations are embedded within configuration practices.
Support independent assurance and regulatory engagements as required.
Tailor communication to effectively convey complex configuration concepts and risks to technical and non-technical audiences.
Provide input to technical reviews, design reviews, audits, and gate reviews.
All other tasks as directed.
Experience/Skills Sought:
Demonstrated experience in Configuration Management within Defence or comparable complex engineering environments, spanning acquisition and sustainment.
Proven ability to operate autonomously, exercising judgement in the\ interpretation and application of policy and technical frameworks.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence senior technical and program stakeholders.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
