Our client in ACT seeks the services of DSS L3 L&D Course Manager with NV1 clearance.

Deliverables / Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyse participant and stakeholder feedback after each training activity/session.
Identify and implement improvement actions across training delivery and learning materials.
Demonstrate alignment between evaluation outcomes and course improvements.
Contribute analysis on attendance/completion, assessment outcomes, learner feedback, issues/risks, performance against objectives, effectiveness of delivery, and recommendations for improvement.
Provide additional L&D services if requested and approved in writing by the Commonwealth Representative.
Experience/Skills Sought
Demonstrated ability to analyse learning needs, training effectiveness, participant feedback, stakeholder feedback, and improvement opportunities.
Proven capability in training development and delivery, particularly in a similar or Defence-related training environment.
Ability to prepare or contribute to clear evaluation findings, training effectiveness reporting, improvement recommendations and final training reports.
