Deliverables / Key Responsibilities

• Develop change and adoption artefacts.
• Support impacted leaders and teams to adopt sustainment changes.
• Prepare communications, training and engagement materials.
• Support targeted financial and asset management training.
• Embed data and cost literacy into operating practices.
• Track benefits and adoption measures.
• Identify process improvements and support maturing of the new governance system.

Experience / Skills Sought:

• Experience in transformation enablement, business process improvement, continuous improvement, capacity planning, change management, benefits realisation and capability uplift.
• Experience delivering training, adoption support and stakeholder engagement in complex environments is important.

Additional Criteria:

• DSS - 1.5 Transition Management - L3
• SFIA Skill Code - Organisational change management CIPM - L4
