Our client in ACT seeks the services of DSS L3 Change, Continuous Improvement and Capacity Planning Lead with NV1 clearance.

Deliverables / Key Responsibilities
Develop change and adoption artefacts.
Support impacted leaders and teams to adopt sustainment changes.
Prepare communications, training and engagement materials.
Support targeted financial and asset management training.
Embed data and cost literacy into operating practices.
Track benefits and adoption measures.
Identify process improvements and support maturing of the new governance system.
Experience / Skills Sought:
Experience in transformation enablement, business process improvement, continuous improvement, capacity planning, change management, benefits realisation and capability uplift.
Experience delivering training, adoption support and stakeholder engagement in complex environments is important.
