Deliverables / Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sustainment-specific work packages.
• Support development of the 10-year Integrated Master Plan.
• Contribute to updates to Product Schedules, Material Acquisition Agreements and sustainment artefacts. Align capability, risk and financial planning inputs.
• Support pilot activities to validate frameworks.
• Provide practical sustainment advice so the new model works in day-to-day Navy sustainment operations.

Experience / Skills Sought:

• Experience in Defence sustainment, maritime sustainment, Integrated Logistics Support, product schedules, sustainment planning or capability support.
• Strong understanding of sustainment governance, capability, risk and financial planning, and program-led trade-off decision-making.

• SFIA Skill Code - Asset management ASMG - L4
