Our client in ACT seeks the services of DSS L3 Program Manager / Reform Implementation Lead with NV1 clearance.

Deliverables / Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day delivery across work packages.
Run delivery cadence, stand-ups, workshops and action tracking.
Maintain the implementation roadmap.
Manage dependencies across Lines of Effort.
Draft and refine governance artefacts, decision rights, escalation models and implementation packs.
Track progress against tranche milestones and prepare status updates.
Experience / Skills Sought:
Experience managing reform implementation, operating model changes, governance uplift or complex program delivery.
Strong capability in program coordination, delivery planning, dependency management, stakeholder engagement and process definition.
Experience in Defence or similarly complex government environments is highly desirable.
