Deliverables / Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery across work packages.
• Run delivery cadence, stand-ups, workshops and action tracking.
• Maintain the implementation roadmap.
• Manage dependencies across Lines of Effort.
• Draft and refine governance artefacts, decision rights, escalation models and implementation packs.
• Track progress against tranche milestones and prepare status updates.

Experience / Skills Sought:

• Experience managing reform implementation, operating model changes, governance uplift or complex program delivery.
• Strong capability in program coordination, delivery planning, dependency management, stakeholder engagement and process definition.
• Experience in Defence or similarly complex government environments is highly desirable.

• DSS - 1.5 Transition Management - L3
• SFIA Skill Code - Programme management PGMG - L4
