Deliverables / Key Responsibilities:

• Provide senior direction across the program.
• Chair or support leadership forums.
• Manage senior stakeholder alignment.
• Resolve escalated delivery risks.
• Review key artefacts before Commonwealth submission.
• Oversee tranche outcomes, benefits realisation, governance quality and program integration.

Experience / Skills Sought:

• Senior experience leading complex Defence, Navy, sustainment, asset management or enterprise reform programs.
• Strong background in governance reform, operating model implementation, benefits realisation, senior stakeholder management and program assurance.

• DSS - 1.5 Transition Management - L4
• SFIA Skill Code - Programme management PGMG - L5
