• Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance
• Length of Contract: 17 months
• The role closes on 11th March 2026

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors to ensure timely and effective communication regarding project requirements, schedules, risks, cost and changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience within Defence logistics, project management or engineering.
• Tertiary qualification in Project Management or related field.

In addition to the defined responsibilities of the position, the following requirements of this position are considered desirable to the Product Manager:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in leadership and management roles, and an ability to coach and guide teams in the implementation of strategy and change.
• Knowledge of, and experience in the One Defence Capability System.
• Understanding of technical, logistical, and operational requirements in the delivery of capability, and knowledge of applicable Defence policy and legislation.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams of diverse technical specialisations.
