• Australian Citizens with Baseline Clearance
• Length of Contract: 4 months
• The role closes on 23rd February 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, oversee and report on all ILS Team outputs, functions and responsibilities.
• Manage the delivery of all ILS related deliverables including the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP).
• Manage, review and endorse plans, as developed by the ILS Team.
• Manage the review and provision of feedback for all ILS related Prime Contractor supplied deliverables.
• Manage the ILS Team review and consolidated feedback (for subsequent release) for all ILS related contract deliverables.
• Generate and submit documents to support outcomes reporting requirements.
• Administratively manage the ILS Team, including, but not limited to, annual leave scheduling, travel schedule approvals, reporting, resourcing analysis and strategic planning.
• Mentor ILS Team members where required.

Qualifiers:

• Navy background preferred
• Must be in location (Brisbane) at least 3 days per week

Additional Criteria:

• DSS - 3.1 Integrated Logistics Support Management - L2
• SFIA Skill Code - Asset management ASMG - L3
