Key Responsibilities:

• The contractor will be engaged on a time and materials basis. Notwithstanding, the following activities and deliverables are envisaged during the term of this engagement:
•  As the infrastructure specialist within the team, provide support the capability within the Support Environments via scripting, automation and orchestration tasks to enable system build sequence automation using a combination of technologies.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of disaster recovery solutions leveraging the VMware suite of product
• Develop documentation to describe the design, configuration and implementation of build automation tools and associated system components. 

Qualifications and Experience:
It is a REQUIREMENT that the Key Person has Experience with the following:

• Powershell, Ansible and associated scripting languages/technologies
• toolsets and methodologies including:
• GitLab
• Container Workloads/Kubernetes
• Microsoft and Linux Operating Systems and enterprise applications
• VMware suite of datacentre products
• Version controlled infrastructure deployments
• Automating patching, updates, and compliance checks

Additional Criteria:

• DSS - 2.2 Systems and Software Engineering - Systems Architecture / Integration - L3
• SFIA Skill Code - Systems and software lifecycle engineering (SLEN) - L4
