Our client in ACT seeks the services of DSS L3 Logistics Support with NV1 clearance.

Length of Contract: 21 months

Responsibilities: The Responsibilities include:
Support development, implementation, and maintenance of sustainment ILS documentation, including sustainment plans, maintenance strategies, and ILS instructions.
Support the management of sustainment workflows, tracking deliverables, risks, issues, and performance outcomes.
Contribute to the review, analysis, and reporting of materiel logistics performance, including reliability, maintainability, and supply chain performance.
Participate in sustainment‑related working groups, reviews, and technical forums.
Assist in the assessment and classification of controlled technical data, equipment, software, and services.
Support the preparation, submission, and tracking of export authorisations, permits, and technology release documentation.
Maintain accurate and auditable records of all SHFC export‑controlled materials, approvals, and transfers.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and industry partners to ensure coordinated and compliant technical data exchange.
Support internal training, assurance checks, and process improvement initiatives relevant to export controls.
Assist with preparation of program reports, artefacts, briefs, and documentation relating to sustainment and export controls.
Contribute to procurement and contract‑related activities where they interface with sustainment logistics or export control requirements.
Travel as required.
All other tasks as directed.
Essential Criteria:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in ILS or similar areas of expertise.
Experience in ILS, preferably in sustainment environments.
Experience with export controls.
Knowledge of Defence sustainment policy, tools, and processes.
Ability to interpret complex technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
Desirable Criteria:
Possession of multiple advanced certifications
Experience preparing briefs, policy papers, or Defence security documentation.
