Key Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of best practice documented information strategies to provide guidance to technical writers on best practices approaches to developing documentation.
• Development of templates which support artefact creation.
• Specify, map, and implement effective business processes through improvements in systems, practices, and organisational change.
• Liaise with stakeholders across Defence and industry to support procurement outcomes.

Essential Criteria:

• Demonstrated strong stakeholder engagement skills in Defence or public sector environments.
• Demonstrated experience in the development of strong documentation frameworks to support the development of effective communication channels for information.
• Understanding of Commonwealth Procurement activities & processes in the procure-to-pay value chain.

Highly Desirable:

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with a diverse team of varying skills to deliver against the outcomes required.
