Responsibilities:

• Apply structured data governance principles to improve asset, maintenance, and engineering data quality.
• Provide expertise in maintenance and engineering business processes
• Lead or support process mapping, process improvement, and change
  management activities.
• Work collaboratively across multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver agreed outcomes within schedule and priority constraints.
• Support colleagues and contribute positively to team culture, knowledge sharing, and collective success.

Essential Criteria:

• Demonstrated understanding of maintenance and engineering business processes.
• Proven business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation and solution design.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in secure, regulated environments.

Desirable Criteria:

• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent continuous improvement qualification.

Highly Desirable:

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work closely with a diverse team of varying skills to deliver against the outcomes required.

• Role Type: Full-Time
• Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline with ability to gain NV1
• Location: Remote, Flexible (Based in Australia)

• DSS - 2.2 Systems and Software Engineering - Systems Architecture Integration - L3
• SFIA Skill Code - Systems and software lifecycle engineering (SLEN) - L4
