• Length of Contract: 5 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Test & Evaluation (T&E) strategy aligned with program objectives, regulatory standards, and stakeholder expectations
• Produce comprehensive Test Plans, Test Procedures, and Test Schedules across all system lifecycle phases
• Define verification and validation (V&V) criteria and trace them to system requirements
• Establish and manage test environments, tools, simulators, and instrumentation
• Coordinate and lead unit, integration, system, acceptance, and operational testing activities
• Manage test readiness reviews, test execution, and test completion reviews
• Identify, track, and report defects, anomalies, and risks, ensuring timely resolution
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, safety regulations, and quality frameworks
• Lead and mentor test engineers and analysts, allocating resources effectively
• Interface with engineering, project management, quality, and customer teams to resolve issues
• Deliver clear test reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making
• Support certification, accreditation, and audit activities with evidence-based documentation
• Drive continuous improvement of test processes, methodologies, and tools
• Manage T&E budgets, schedules, and dependencies to meet program milestones
• Provide expert advice on test risks, trade-offs, and system performance limitations
