Our client in ACT seeks the services of DSS L3 Test & Evaluation (T&E) Manager with NV1 clearance.

Length of Contract: 5 months

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the Test & Evaluation (T&E) strategy aligned with program objectives, regulatory standards, and stakeholder expectations
Produce comprehensive Test Plans, Test Procedures, and Test Schedules across all system lifecycle phases
Define verification and validation (V&V) criteria and trace them to system requirements
Establish and manage test environments, tools, simulators, and instrumentation
Coordinate and lead unit, integration, system, acceptance, and operational testing activities
Manage test readiness reviews, test execution, and test completion reviews
Identify, track, and report defects, anomalies, and risks, ensuring timely resolution
Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, safety regulations, and quality frameworks
Lead and mentor test engineers and analysts, allocating resources effectively
Interface with engineering, project management, quality, and customer teams to resolve issues
Deliver clear test reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making
Support certification, accreditation, and audit activities with evidence-based documentation
Drive continuous improvement of test processes, methodologies, and tools
Manage T&E budgets, schedules, and dependencies to meet program milestones
Provide expert advice on test risks, trade-offs, and system performance limitations
