• Length of Contract: 6 months

The successful applicant must be able to:

• Provide inputs to the Program, Project and Product Plans aligned to Program direction and evolving security needs.
• The Sustainment and Development life cycle to achieve and maintain Cyber worthiness.
• Defence Cyber Terrain's threat to a program, project and product.
• Work with Directors, Project and Product managers to:
  
  • Review and establish status of existing security plans and documentation for projects and products.
  • To identify and document gaps, weaknesses and support remediation.
  • Review of Cyber threat and risks and impact to projects and products; to advise system requirement and changes.
  • Proved awareness and advice of the end-to-end cyber supply chain risks
  • Supporting Cyber Assurance activities and branch audits
  • Presenting on Cyber security incidence, developments and training

Experience Skills Sought:
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following skills:

• Ability to solve complex problems and to work with limited guidance demonstrating initiative and responsibility.
• Ability to manage issues to support delivery of capability, including understanding of the technical, operational and logistical requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with systems and software security and managing technical risk.
• Demonstrated experience with networking, computers and operating systems.
• Advanced technical writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively; and
• Highly effectively Communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Highly Desirable Experience and / or Qualifications:

• Knowledge/experience of Defence Command and Control systems/applications.

Expected out comes:

• Undertake Cyber assurance assessment of Projects and Products within the Branch maturing process.

• DSS - 2.6 Systems and Software Engineering - System Security - L3
• SFIA Skill Code - Systems and software lifecycle engineering (SLEN) - L4
