Our client in ACT seeks the services of DSS L3 Program Scheduler with NV1 clearance.

Length of Contract: 6 months

Experience Skills Sought: As a Program Scheduler you will work with limited guidance, being outcome orientated and accountable for the achievement of outcomes of work. Excellent communication skills, initiative and judgement will be required to provide detailed planning and scheduling. You will provide technical, professional and policy advice in relation to complex work schedules and contribute to strategic planning, program and project management. Extensive stakeholder engagement skills are essential to excel in this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of individual schedules that feed into the broader program Integrated Master Schedule. This requires the ability to proactively identify, anticipate, and respond to stakeholder needs and expectations to achieve program objectives.
Essential experience and / or qualifications:
More than 5 years' experience scheduling in the Defence environment.
Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders and functional teams to gather inputs and maintain schedule integrity.
complex Defence Projects.
A current security clearance (minimum NV1).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Highly desirable:
Experience delivering Acquisition and First and Second Pass Government schedules.
