Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure in alignment with organizational strategy and industry best practices.
• Administer network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and network management systems.
• Monitor network performance, capacity, and reliability; proactively identify, analyze, and remediate issues to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Develop, document, and enforce network standards, policies, procedures, and configuration baselines.
• Implement and manage network security controls, including access control, segmentation, intrusion detection, and incident response coordination.
• Perform root-cause analysis for complex network incidents and lead resolution efforts within defined service level agreements.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and expansions with minimal operational impact.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, systems, cloud, and application teams to support integrated technology solutions.
• Provide expert-level technical guidance and escalation support to operations and service desk teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluate technologies, and oversee procurement and lifecycle management of network assets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and governance requirements through accurate documentation and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain detailed network diagrams, inventories, and operational records.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
