• Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance
• Length of Contract: 6 months
• The role closes on 14th January 2026

Essential experience and / or qualifications:

• More than 5 years' experience scheduling in the Defence environment.
• Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders and functional teams to gather inputs and maintain schedule integrity.
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and managing an Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs.
• Proficient operation of Open Plan Professional (OPP) Software not less than Version 8 with a comprehensive understanding of scheduling practices on complex Defence Projects.
• A current security clearance (minimum NV1).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Highly desirable:

• Experience delivering Acquisition and First and Second Pass Government
  schedules.

• SFIA Skill Code - Programme Management PRMG - L4
