• Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance
• Length of Contract: 12 months
• The role closes on December 24th 2025

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating sustainment activities, providing support in risk management, and maintaining up-to-date records of these activities.
• Assist with any Product related mailing requirements, including sending hard copies of documents between other Government Agencies or the Contracted Vendor.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• High level capability in use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Successful operation in a high paced project management environment.
• Experience in leadership and management roles, and an ability to coach and guide teams in the implementation of strategy and change.
• Experience in working with and co-ordinating teams of professional and para-professionals to ensure goals are achieved.
• Understanding of technical, logistical, and operational requirements in the delivery of capability, and knowledge of applicable Defence policy and legislation.
• Experience working in working with cross-functional teams of diverse technical specialisations.
