• Australian Citizens with TSPV Clearance
• Length of Contract: 12 months | 6 months extensions
• The role closes on 25/11/2025

Responsibilities:

• Updating Defence orders, instructions and procedures to support the introduction of a Defence capability.
• Develop risk management plans to support Commander's acceptance and understanding of aviation risk.
• Supporting or improving an aviation safety management system.
• Defence Aviation Safety Regulations and application within the Operational and/or Technical Airworthiness contexts.

Essential Criteria:

• Demonstrated understanding of, and experience in procurement and contract management within a government context and in compliance with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
• Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills, with capacity to liaise and engage effectively with stakeholders and service providers in difficult environments.
• Strong written and oral communication, reporting and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing and measuring the fulfilment of contractual obligations, including monitoring supplier performance and developing strategies to address under-performance, as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
