• Length of Contract - 9 months

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and/or review technical assessments related to fuze and ignition system design safety in support of acquisition and sustainment.
• Develop and/or review technical assessments related to fuze and ignition system engineering changes.
• Implement appropriate procedures, guidance and templates for the development of fuze and ignition assessments.
• Support assurance activities related to fuze and ignition system design and safety.
• Represent interests with regards to fuze and ignition system design through domestic and international engagements.
• Support the development of a fuze and ignition system design, manufacture and test capability.

Additional Criteria:

• DSS - 2.16 Specialist Engineering - Non-Guided Explosive Ordnance Engineering - L4
• SFIA Skill Code - Safety engineering (SFEN) - L5 / Systems and software lifecycle engineering (SLEN) - L5
