• Location - Canberra, ACT
• Security Clearance - Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance
• Length of Contract - 23 months
• Closing Date - 24th September 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Participating in or leading scheduling workshops to help team leads and project managers develop schedules including:
  o Resourcing.
  o Resource levelling.
  o Dependency development and analysis.
• Updating schedule progress in consultation with team leads and responsible parties.
• Reporting on schedule progress to project management.
• Identifying scheduling issues and recommending actions for remediation and resolution.
• Outputs of tasks will include:
  o Project Master Schedules.
  o Work Breakdown Structures.
  o Schedule reports.

Essential criteria:

• Demonstrated experience in commercial or procurement roles, preferably in a Defence or public sector environment.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Experience/Skills Sought:

• Understanding of and experience in schedule management, methodologies, and tools.
• Experiencing developing schedules for large acquisition Projects at various stages of the project lifecycle.
• Understanding of and experience in the application of Project Controls.
• Understanding of, or experience in Project and/or Program Management would be beneficial.

Essential Qualification:

• Schedule management professional accreditation or qualification for Open Plan Professional

• SFIA Skill Code - Project management (PRMG) - L4
