• Security Clearance - Australian Citizens with minimum AGSVA NV1 Clearance
• Length of Contract - 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a T&E Work Plan each month for the period of the Official Order for approval by the Commonwealth.
• Perform tasks and activities aligning to the T&E Work Plan.
• Undertake Preview and Operational activities.
• Provide guidance and advice to Programs and Projects.
• Contribute to T&E Policy development, the Domains in which Projects and Programs fall within.
• Participate in Project and Program governance forums.
• Conduct T&E Master Plan review and evaluation.
• Appoint and provide oversight and assurance of T&E Accountable Units.
• Conduct Capability Definition Document reviews and provide advice and guidance.
• Develop, review and endorse Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), templates and forms relating to T&E.
• Liaise with key Program and Project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain domain forward schedule of T&E.
• Scheduling and prioritisation of T&E events.
• Provide support to future or emerging capability and infrastructure development.
• Provide input to Division and Group requirements.
• Others in scope activities as directed by the Commonwealth.
• Report progress against the T&E Work Plan on a monthly basis.
• T&E Master Plan development, guidance and reviews.
• Project and Program approaches to T&E.
• Aligning T&E efforts to processes for system accreditations, certifications and baseline.
• Trial inputs and products covering the Planning, Conduct and Reporting phases of Test and Evaluation.
• Establish and maintain registers.
• Managing the delivery of prototypes.

• DSS Skill Set - 2.4 Systems and Software Engineering - Testing and Evaluation (including verification and validation) - L3
• SFIA Skill Code - Systems and software lifecycle engineering (SLEN) - L4
