Our client in ACT seeks the services of DSS L2 PNG Special Projects - Life-Cycle Costing (LCC) with minimum NV1 clearance.

Security Clearance - Australian Citizens with minimum NV1 Clearance
Length of Contract - 8 months (2x6 months extension option)
Closing Date - 23/09/2025
Key Responsibilities:
Program and Project support services for drafting or development of documentation associated with developing a business case for a specific initiative, which includes the development of an implementation plan consisting of a business case or feasibility study.
Program and project governance support including preparation of monthly meeting packs which include reporting on schedule, risk management, budgets and other program updates.
General non-complex financial modelling or costing support to assist policy related decisions by Defence.
Assisting Defence with planning the implementation of a regional or national initiative.
Drafting of financial and contract submissions to support procurement of project elements.
Assist in the conduct of country condition reporting, or needs assessments of current or potential initiatives.
Provision of communications and graphics design support.
Support to scheduling and schedule management.
Program design support including provision of procurement advice and where applicable assistance with the preparation of the appropriate documentation.
Demonstrated Experience:
Demonstrated experience in program and project management, preferably within the Defence environment, and for services projects.
Demonstrated experience of the proposed Key Persons in procurement, communications support, and stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated experience in the planning and delivery of Defence projects and working within Pacific regions, and Commercial financial investigations and validation services.
