 Demonstrated Experience:

• Working within a commercial team in a complex environment to deliver outcomes on time and to a high level of quality.
• Developing contracting correspondence including complex, commercially sensitive reports, submissions, contract change proposals and other documents as required.
• Experience working in complex and challenging environments.
• Experience working in a complex stakeholder system.
• Proven commercial and business acumen with an ability to build appropriate and effective business relationships.
• Highly effective communication, both formally and informally, including advanced technical writing skills.
• Initiative in keeping personal skills up to date, maintaining awareness of industry developments and pursuing continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ability to analyse, design, plan, execute, and evaluate work to time, cost and quality targets while assessing and evaluating risk.

Essential Experience and / or Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in Law, Business, Commerce, Finance, Contract Management and/or Procurement.
• More than 8 years' experience in Commercial Management or Contract Management.
• Comprehensive understanding of Australian Government procurement processes and procedures.
• Very strong written and oral communication skills.

• SFIA Skill Code - Contract Management (ITCM) - L4
