Our client in SA seeks the services of DSS L3 Project Support Officer - R&O with NV1 clearance.

Security Clearance - Australian Citizens with NV1 Clearance
Length of Contract - 11 months
Closing Date - 13th August 2025
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and coordinate the project risk and opportunity register.
Prepare risk documentation and represent risks at monthly governance forums.
Support project governance activities including meetings, reporting, and action tracking.
Assist with project scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
Monitor milestones and support continuous improvement of project tools and processes.
Essential Requirements:
Experience in project support, including risk coordination and reporting.
Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities within part-time hours.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Experience within Defence, Maritime Domain.
Highly Desirable Experience and / or Qualifications:
Qualification in Project Management, Risk Management, or related discipline.
Experience preparing materials for governance boards or committees.
Experience within Maritime Sustainment Division and/or within Maritime System Program Offices.
