Essential Experience:
Experience and an understanding of Program Management in Defence
Experienced in the use of Predict for recording and reporting on risk.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex risk issues to stakeholders are essential.
Responsibilities:
Engage with Stakeholders to assist in identifying and developing a Branch Level Risk Management Plan.
Conduct an environmental scan and identify Branch and Divisional level processes.
Identify any gaps in processes and risks.
Assist in the implementation of the Risk Management Plan including the coordination and management of the first formal Risk Review.
Tasks:
Identify gaps in Risk Management by reviewing Branch and Program level processes and Risks.
Define the scope of the Risk Management Plan and specific areas it will cover. Develop and implement a Branch Risk Management Plan to include the following.
Program/Branch level risk management processes including risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting
Branch guidance for SPO risk management, including risk escalation and risk reporting.
Establish and coordinate a Program Level Risk Review forum.
