Qualifications (Mandatory):
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (master’s or Ph.D. preferred), or similar discipline.
 
Responsibilities:
 
The Service Provider shall provide communications engineering services to support the achievement of technical integrity of electrical/power systems. The required services may include:

• Conduct design and implementation.
• Conduct Verification & Validation (V&V).
• Conduct certification and support.
• Conduct planning and the delivery of engineering services, regulatory
compliance, resource management and project outcomes.

Essential Experience and / or Qualifications:

• A qualified practitioner with higher degree qualifications or relevant
industry experience of more than 8 years.

Highly Desirable Experience and / or Qualifications:

• Previous Defence experience is highly desirable.
• Extensive industry and specialty experience in Electrical/Power
engineering.
• Experience in digital communications protocols and signal conversion
techniques.
• Experience driving processes and process improvements, including
continuous improvement methodologies
