• Project management knowledge, skills and experience in ICT projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities
• Effective stakeholder management in Complex Projects

Services to be delivered

• Overseeing the identification of workable technical solutions and assessment of their benefits and limitations
• Overseeing the acquisition/development of the capability
• Coordinating the transition of the capability to the delivery teams
• Reporting periodically on project performance and delivery
• Participating in Project Governance Board activities
• Monitoring project budgets, resources, timelines and risk
