• Australian Citizen with NV1 clearance
• Length of Contract: 12 months with 2 x 12 months extensions
• Closing date: 10 pm 6th June 2025

Essential criteria:

• Experience with the selection and application of the One Defence Capability System (OCDS) and Committee documentation
• Experience working with, and integrating software into, ICT systems and networks
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project).

Desirable criteria:

• Systems engineering knowledge and experience in ICT projects, preferably geospatial software projects.

Responsibilities

• Developing Project Documentation based on the schedule included in the Deliverables, in accordance with the One Defence Capability System
• Supporting the progression of the documentation through Committees and Forums as appropriate
• Leading, conducting and documenting stakeholder engagement in support of progression toward Government
• Continual review of the Project Plan, schedule and estimation of work/tasks to deliver on a Committee date, and other milestones
• Preparing risk management plans and documentation, conducting risk management workshops with stakeholders, identifying and tracking major risks and issues, and developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies
• Providing specialist project management assistance to Defence executives, managers, staff, and project teams.

• SFIA - Systems Integration and Build (SINT) - L4
