Technical/business constraints:
Supervisory staff must be able to view/manage the roster from a managed computer on the department’s secure network, or via a smartphone on a public network. Casual staff must be able to manage their availability, view and confirm/reject shifts and block out periods of unavailability from a personal device on a public network.

Essential criteria

1. The response must include information on a how a project to implement the product would be managed, including indicative timeframes, preferred approach and cost structure.
2. The response must include information on the ongoing cost structure for the product once implemented (e.g. per user, flat annual fee, mix of both).
3. The response must include information on how the product would be supported, maintained and enhanced post implementation, including approaches and cost structure.
4. The response must include information on how the product meets standard federal government requirements for cloud solutions in areas such as security and privacy. Ideally this part of the response would also include information on existing government clients that use the product.
