Overview
To obtain from Industry information on the technical capabilities of their Electronic Document Management Solution/s (EDMS) for use by Services and its shared services partners.

• provide an understanding of alternate EDMS solutions
• provide a better understanding of the capability and capacity of suppliers within the market.
• identifying and exploiting emerging technologies while also managing legacy foundations; and
• ensuring our technology enables seamless connectivity with non-digital channels.
