Overview:
A contractor must produce an equipment condition report on high pressure industrial process hot water heating system and steam heating system. The condition report shall be based on non-destructive testing of the pipe networks that are used to transfer the heated process fluid and steam.

The system shall be broken down into sections and sub-sections as required to allow for clear identification in the condition report. Pipe thickness, corrosion, pressure/stress related cracking and any other issues that could impact the transfer of process fluid/steam are to be reported in the condition report. The contractor must, in the condition report, provide recommendations for repair options for the hot water and steam networks. 
 
A Contractor Must:

• Review air accumulation issues in the hot water heating loop, conduct root cause analysis to identify the cause and recommend remediation options with costings.
• Review the historical maintenance data (preventive and corrective) for the system and provide recommendations on improvements if maintenance activities are not suitable and/or adequate for the ongoing operation of the industrial process heating system.

• SFIA - Measurement (MEAS) - L5
