Overview
A candidate should be accountable, under limited direction, to perform and achieve operational, procedural, administrative and business support tasks within an integrated workforce. They will be expected to work collaboratively and operate as an effective team member and be accountable for ongoing self-improvement and professional development. 

Deliverables:

• Provision of senior initiative management services enabling scoping and implementing of complex initiatives which facilitate enhanced performance of the organisation and improve operational reporting.
• The successful candidate will lead operational reporting analysis across multiple operational domains.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) along with the professionalism and maturity to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. 
• Contribute to the knowledge base within areas of practice/expertise.
• Be flexible in the approach to managing changing priorities in this fast paced and productive environment, along with the eagerness to learn and advance in a growing organisation.
